2026年8月1日、東京都八王子市にグランドオープン予定の「屋台ラーメンあおぎり」へ撮影に伺いました。
出店場所はJR八王子駅北口から徒歩約3分、ドン・キホーテ 八王子駅前店の裏手にある貸しスペースです。
店主は、役者やモデルとしても活動中の21歳。
軽トラックを屋台仕様に仕上げ、ラーメン店の開業に挑戦しています。
仕事帰りや飲んだ後にも、気軽に立ち寄れる屋台を目指して営業を開始します。
今回ご紹介するのは、定番の「ラーメン」に玉ねぎ増しを追加した一杯。
鶏ガラと豚ガラをベースに、香味野菜や魚介系の節を合わせ、醤油の風味を効かせています。
澄んだスープは、醤油のキレにラードのコクと煮干しの旨味が重なる、しっかりとした味わいです。
麺は田村製麺が手がける細めのストレート麺。
きれいに整えられた麺線と、パツッと歯切れのよい食感が特徴です。
具材はチャーシュー、メンマ、刻み玉ねぎ、海苔。
玉ねぎ増しにすることで、シャキッとした食感と甘みをより楽しめます。
Instagramのフォロー画面を提示すると、海苔2枚がサービスされます。
グランドオープン後は、月曜・水曜・土曜の18:00〜24:00に営業予定。

【Yatai Ramen Aogiri】
We visited Yatai Ramen Aogiri, which is scheduled to hold its grand opening in Hachioji, Tokyo, on August 1, 2026.
The stall will operate in a rental space behind Don Quijote Hachioji Ekimae, about a 3-minute walk from the north exit of JR Hachioji Station.
The owner is 21 years old and also works as an actor and model.
He has converted a mini truck into a food stall and is taking on the challenge of opening a ramen shop.
He will begin operating the stall with the aim of creating a place where people can casually stop by after work or after drinking.
This time, we are introducing the standard “ramen” with extra onions added.
The soup is based on chicken and pork bones, combined with aromatic vegetables and dried fish flakes, with a pronounced soy sauce flavor.
The clear soup has a full flavor that combines the sharpness of soy sauce with the richness of lard and the umami of dried sardines.
The noodles are thin, straight noodles made by Tamura Seimen.
They are characterized by neatly arranged noodle strands and a firm texture with a clean bite.
The toppings are chashu, menma, chopped onions, and nori.
Adding extra onions allows you to enjoy more of their crisp texture and sweetness.

After the grand opening, the stall is scheduled to operate from 18:00 to 24:00 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.

This is a new ramen stall near Hachioji Station where people can stop by after work or after drinking.
