We stayed at a beautiful ryokan in Fukui Prefecture and enjoyed a traditional kaiseki dinner made with fresh local ingredients! 😊
One of the standout dishes was unagi shirayaki (grilled eel without sauce).
You can really taste the natural flavour of the eel—and it was absolutely delicious!
