今回は福井を訪れ、永平寺や福井県立恐竜博物館を巡りました！😊
そして、宿泊したホテルや福井駅でも、福井ならではの美味しいグルメを楽しみました。
この動画では、**「アワビ石焼き」と「へしこ」**をいただきます！どちらもとても美味しかったです。🤤
へしこはかなり塩味が強かったですが、地元の日本酒と一緒にいただくと相性抜群でした！🍶
そしてアワビ石焼きは、宿でいただいた会席料理の一品。新鮮なアワビを香ばしく焼き上げた味わいは絶品で、会席料理のどの料理も本当に美味しく、大満足の夕食になりました！

We travelled to Fukui and explored some incredible sights, including the beautiful Eiheiji Temple and the fascinating Fukui Dinosaur Museum! 🦖⛩️

Of course, we also made sure to enjoy plenty of delicious local food along the way, both at our hotel and around Fukui Station.

In this video, we try two traditional Fukui specialties: Awabi Ishoyaki (abalone grilled on hot stones) and Heshiko, a traditional preserved fish dish.

Both were absolutely delicious! The Heshiko was surprisingly salty, but when paired with a local sake, it was a fantastic combination. 🍶

The Awabi Ishoyaki was one of the highlights of our kaiseki dinner at the hotel. The entire meal was packed with beautifully prepared dishes, fresh local ingredients, and incredible flavours. Every course was delicious, making it one of the most memorable meals of our trip.
